We get it. It’s hard to choose your perfect videographer and you’re placing a lot of trust in them to capture the most important day of your life. Luckily, we don’t have to toot our own horn as we’ve acquired heaps of 5 star reviews and awards over the last 10 years (gosh we’re old) to toot our horn for us. Toast films are about capturing your day in a fun, relaxed way while still maintaining that cinematic quality.
We specialise in drone and utilise multiple filmmakers to make sure your film stands out from the rest.
-
Before your big day, we ask about your story and what’s important to you for your film. On the day, we keep it relaxed and capture the small moments that make up your day so you can get on with enjoying it in the moment. After filming, we get to work crafting your film and don’t stop until you’re absolutely in love with it and want to watch it over and over.
-
Once you confirm your date is available and you want to book, we have a simple online form.
-
As a boutique business, we have limited availability so we encourage couples to book anywhere from 6-12 months in advance. Of course, if you have a last minute booking, we will do our best to accommodate you.
-
To book, we take a booking fee ($500 for elopements/pre weddings and $1000 for weddings) to secure the date and the rest is due either 2 weeks (elopements/pre weddings) or 4 weeks (weddings) before your big day.
-
Our standard turnaround is 90 days. For those of you who want to get your hands on your film even sooner than that, we offer options all way up to same day delivery.
-
We will ask you for your musical preferences and do our best to accommodate you. We only use licensed music so you can legally share your film on social media. If your preferred option isn’t available to license, we can usually find something similar that you’ll love.
-
While we offer video stills in many of our packages, we like to focus on the video side of things and work with some great photographers who specialise in that.
-
Not comfortable in front of the camera? No problem! Most people aren’t used to being the centre of attention and having cameras following them, so we keep it light and relaxed on the day and encourage you to be your lovely natural selves as this makes for the most authentic film.
